Give them  a phenomenal array of workshops by fabulous RWA authors and wonderful, international guest authors.  Add a number of prestigious publishers, editors and agents (home-grown and international). Make 'em think ... lots. Give them an Awards Night to showcase their talent and dedication. Add chocolate, champagne, purple spotlights and follow that with an all-dancing after-party hosted by Harlequin Escape Publishing.

Then make them think again the next day - and hey presto - you get a whole year's worth of enthusiastic, charged and electrified storytellers.
