Well, today I got out of the synopsis writing cave (I call it my Syn Bin because I really don't want to be in this particular writer's cave and procrastinate like crazy not to stay there and get that synopsis for my new story written. Sometimes, laundry is appealing.) Anyway, today I was on the Australian Romance Readers Association blog talking about my love of romance books, of love in general, and how I think love in all its forms is still out there and why I for one don't want to forget it. There are so many anguishes in the world. Let's not forget that love (by which I also mean respect) is still making the world go round even when it gets lost in the clutter of so much more. I also talk about why I no longer feel put down or ashamed for reading and writing romance, and give an example of what happened in my youth during a geography class to make me feel downtrodden. A Fast Date with Romance Lasts a Lifetime - check out my thoughts about this over on the ARRA blog. Plus - leave a comment and go into a draw to win a signed paperback copy of The House at the Bottom of the Hill, by me. (Australian postal addressees only for this one - sorry others, next time.)
More photos and news coming next from the ARRA 2015 conference in Canberra earlier in this month. Plus, I'll get around to explaining why I've been MIA from my blog for the last 19 days. Jennie x Comments are closed.
